This is the story of Job, who is a righteous man that loves God. In this book, God gives Satan permission to test Job’s faithfulness to Him. Satan takes away everything Job has and attacks his flesh and bones. But Job does not curse God.

God uses Job as an example of how we should have faith, patience and endurance even during the dark times. When we don’t understand why things are so difficult, do we curse God and give up or trust Him to give us the strength to continue? When we stop focusing on our troubles and instead focus on God, we find peace in our turmoil. When all is gone BUT God, is He enough?
